I am sponsor. My Ecas says application in process since October 25, 2017 but i have not received any AOR email yet.

I am facing with an issue:

While uploading Schedule A file this error pops up. The file is validated, signed and dated. I even tried uploading file without UCI and Application Number(I read somewhere it may work) but didn't go through. Any one experiencing same issue? Any solution?

  Note: You cannot submit an application form that has been scanned.

Hey, we're having the same issue as you. We've submitted a "technical issue" via GCKEY regarding the issue last night but haven't heard anything back yet. I'll keep you posted on what we hear. Let us know if you figure anything out!

We received AOR1 today.
Application received:Sep 14, 2017
AOR1: Oct 25, 2017

Now, unfortunately, my FBI PCC has expired, and I have to obtain another one. It will take 3 months to get a new one, does that mean that CIC will set aside our case for 3 months, then resume the processing after they receive my new FBI PCC? If it is so, then that is awful.

I believe you can use an FBI Channeler, there should be instructions in the request letter they sent you. Depending on what shipping options you use, you should able to get a new PCC within a week or two.

We went with myfbireport.com, which is an approved FBI Channeler.

I have not received the letter yet but I was able to track my application on Ecas. I also linked my application successfully and i can see file number and UCI as well.

Sigh, CIC works in random ways. I linked our application last week and still hadn't received a message in my GC requesting Schedule A. I called customer care yesterday and the agent told me that the request had been posted the day before I recieved AOR (hence why I couldn't see it in my linked account). He recommended we go ahead and submit a technical report and also submit Schedule A via webform. We were about to do this, when this morning I was notified that they have now requested Shedule A on my GC key, so we can upload it the regular way. Conclusion? I have no idea, but I think that calling somehow made the call centre agent do something to reactivate that button, even though he didn't tell me he would do this. We also got AOR 1 the day after calling customer care.. It sure seems like a phone call to CIC can get certain things moving. But this is all speculation . If anyone is experiencing the same issues.. try it!

I believe you can use an FBI Channeler, there should be instructions in the request letter they sent you. Depending on what shipping options you use, you should able to get a new PCC within a week or two.

Thank you very much for your advise. But I am not an US citizen, nor a green card holder, so I cannot use FBI Channeler to obtain my FBI report. I have to send my fingerprinting directly to FBI to process.

Anyone knows if CIC will set our case aside till they receive my new FBI rap sheet? Or CIC will keep processing our case, when my FBI PCC is pending?

Hey buddy, did you check ecas status using sponsor UCI. When I check status on ecas using sponsor UCI it says application receive and status in process. I was also able to link my application using last name and dad of birth. When I log into gckey I can see both file number and UCI for PA.
But I have not got any letter from cic yet.
You should try as well

We managed to get it to work, unfortunately we don't have any tips or tricks. We just kept trying, if it gave the error we'd just restart the whole process again... finally it worked... there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to it though. Sorry, just keep trying...

My ECAS has now been updated to Decision Made. Anyone knows how long before I get an email? Also is it normal that even my AOR (Sponsor) got sent to my spouse instead of me?

I am in the same boat ecas says DM for my SA- no email as yet and my wife (PA) got 2 emails on which one was intended for me.
