need help for Q9-b (implied status)??

hi everyone,

I have question about Q9 B: temporary status before PR

my eligibility period is Oct-2012 - Oct-2017

I've started as student-->worker-->PR and have my various status duration as follows. So my question is should I mention each status Student/Work permit for the dates mentioned on the CIC document? rt?

also for the implied status, I can say its Work permit (implied) ? (as I applied for extension before my previous WP expiry).

How did you fill the Question 9b? did you overlap those dates? also my last work permit, was valid till 2016 however I crossed border in 2015 March, so should I mention Mar-2015 or Aug-2016 for that last work permit status expiry date?

Last question: Do i need to specify student Permit as it was valid during Oct-2012 until Dec-2012 (before receiving my Post-Grad Work permit)?

You can only have one status at a time. Pick that status. It doesn't matter how many documents you had or if your were on implied status or not.

So you were a student from X to Y
Then you were a worker from Y+1 to Z
Then you've been a PR starting on Z+1

The expiry dates of the documents are irrelevant. They ask for your status, not for your status documents. The moment you activated your PGWP, your were not a student anymore, no matter when your study permit would have expired.
