Did you get a signature? the lady at post office told me Priority mail doesnt have signature facility
I believe there was a signature by "T Allen", but I'm not sure if this person works for IRCC or just at the post office. I don't recall ever opting for signature either.

Guys, not sure what to expect on schedule wise..but i have a trip booked from Jan 18th till 28th. my application was delivered on Oct 16th. from the average on the tracker so far, I hope this trip does not conflict with the test date.

Should i inform IRCC after receiving AOR? I am assuming the process would take longer than average from the previous months, i probably would be ok for the trip..but just in case.

any advice would be much appreciated.

You should definitely inform IRCC of your travel plans. Worst case, your test date will be postponed.

Difficult to predict the test date post-C6.

You do not need to inform IRCC about your trip. Their guidelines clearly say:
While we process your application, only contact us if you:
change your address
are charged with a crime
plan to leave Canada for more than two weeks in a row

Your trip is less than two weeks. Besides, you (and myself) are lucky if we receive AOR by mid-January :) And without AOR it doesn't even make sense to contact IRCC because your application and file won't have an identification number.

After receiving AOR ANY TRIP OUTSIDE CANADA IS BETTER ADVISED TO BE INFORMED TO IRCC.
Thanks.

As far as I know if it is a same day trip as a PR (going to USA-Buffalo in my case and coming back on the same day after 2 hrs) it will count towards the physical presence in Canada. Correct me guys if I am wrong. I had a trip like this once, which I did not think was worthy of mentioning.
