Cut off income for sponsoring a Parent on Supervisa?

Hi,

I want to sponsor my mother to come to Canada on Supervisa. My husband is a Canadian citizen, and I am a PR living with my husband, and my mother is India, whom I want to sponsor on Supervisa.

It states, "proof that your income meets or is above the low-income cut-off (LICO) for the total number of people, including the visiting parents or grandparents".

Is the cut off $24,600 to sponsor my mom for 1 person? Or, is it $37, 650 for 3 people, including myself, my husband, and my mother.
