police certificates

hi i got mail asking to submit Police certificates and schedule A form. they gave me options how to submit them ,they are telling that if you want to submit them online then in your account system generated text in blue box where you can submit your documents but i didn't find any box in my account can anyone help me where exectly i have to look for that ??????

You're going to submit it through gckey key, after you click on the "check status and messages" button, there will be a button called "view submitted application". Once you click on it, you will have the option to upload both the Schedule A form and the police certificate(s).

You could always submit them through case specific webform, as a backup.

I didn't find any message in check status and messages I got request to submit in my email id

I was under impression they would need original PCC, not a photocopy. Is it right?

I my case I have on hands ( not submitted with app package) PCC from overseas with Apostille and Certified Translation - 3 pages total and am waiting FBI PCC.
So, when time comes should I just upload a photocopies OR mail in originals?

In my case, when they requested for updated PCC, clearly stated on their letter that i(applicant) need to send the original to Vegreville (i live in Alberta) and i submitted it online tru ecase webform (as back up )

I uploaded scans of both my PCCs and they were accepted. I think most people simply upload the scans unless specifically told otherwise.

someone suggested me to submit and check messages and status but there is no message in that so how can i submit documents in there?????

they said that you can send a color scanned copy if needed they will ask for originals

I stayed in Canada about 6 months as a visitor. I don't know I must need a Police Certificates from Canada? Please help me.
