so the boyfriend and i will be common law next year. I studied in Canada from 2013 to 2016 and now i am on a work permit. I have a full time job as a parking attendant and my annual income is around 24000 a year. He is a university student. should i apply for permanent residence when we are common law or is it still not good enough?

You will need to have experience in occupation in NOC 0,A,B which I don't think parking attendant falls under unless you are the manager, and also meet LICO for 2 people family.

Not if the boyfriend is a Canadian citizen or PR. If he's a citizen or PR - he can sponsor her as soon as they become common law.
