Highly doubtful- suggest you to reappear for IELTS and improve your score. Also, advise you to do a prior/upfront medical check, particularly on your mental health.

Preferably from your nanny- if not a notarised affidavit of your pet dog’s paws should be just fine. Hope you’ve got plans to list the pet as a family member.
