Hi! I believe sinp has updated their site and stated that the SINP Entrepreneur program will open on Oct 31, but it was on oct 18. I think they are taking some time to clear out the back logs and would take some more time to open SINP EE or OID... it is just my prediction

You are absolutely right. I got a reply from SINP that they only accept master card and visa card... Unfortunately I only have AMEX
