PNP and Express Entry CEC possiblity.?

I submitted request for PNP Master Stream and received the file number.
PNP requested Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) > Human Capital > Masters Students.

I am also eligible for Express CEC or FSW if I manage to get CLB 9 in IELTS.

I am wondering is it possible to apply for immigration under both program? if yes, how and what would the problems?

It would be a waste of time and money to apply for PNP if you are already competitively eligible for CEC. Depending on your NOC class, you need a minimum CLB of 7 in all areas to qualify for CEC.

My question is, when I create an profile in express entry it asks me, Do you have nomination from a province? Do i select a yes or no? I dont want to apply under the paper based application by accepting the PNP and get stuck for 16-18 months when I can get PR in 6 months under Express Entry CEC.

Is there anyone who has similar situation or can help with this question?

I am in the same situation right now. I applied for OINP under Master's Graduate stream in Feb 2018 and my application is in progress right now. I will be applying through paper application for PR as soon as I get my PNP for ontario under masters stream.
However, I will qualify for EE in August 2018 with around 500 points. I was wondering if I can apply for both application in parallel. I am ready to pay $1000 more for EE application if it gets me PR faster than Paper based application.

I am just worried if Paper based application might get cancelled. I don't know if the Gckey account will have option to apply under EE or not.

Does any one know how to apply for both application in parallel?

Can I create a 2nd GCkey account and apply for EE on that account saying I did not got nominated for PNP even though I might have one under old Gckey account?

What did you end up doing? I am in the same situation. I have a paper based pnp already in progress but I am eligible for EE. I am planning to submit an application through EE in a week although I am afraid since so many people had issues creating EE profile with a pnp in progress. Should I create a second gckey? would it cause any problem? should i withdraw my pnp?
