I don't think so as long as your address is as per PPR letter says.
Maybe you can call the courier you used to double check.

I finally called cic and they said they have received everything safely but haven't sent COPR yet...
This is my timeline for ppr;
Sent ppr on September 19
They received on September 20
My cic account got changed to Approved on September 22
Still waiting for COPR

Hi All,

Sorry for posting a totally different query but your help would be greatly appreciated.
I am an Indian passport holder living and working in Dubai. I received the email from CIC (PPR) that states “Please provide passports or travel documents for yourself and each accompanying dependant, along with a copy of this letter, to the visa office in Islamabad.”

I am really confused about the location Islamabad since I am based in Dubai? Please advise what to do. Should I request to change the visa office to Dubai? Should I just take a change and courier my passport to Pakistan (although it is illegal to send Indian passport my mail)?

Any help would be appreciated.

I think the ppr letter has indicated the ways for applicants outsidr canada. I don't remember the exact content but it seems ask for copies of passport along with the ppr letter and send to address given in the letter. You should read the letter carefully. Otherwise, you can call the customer service to check.

Hi, thank you so much for your advice! I really appreciate it. I got COPR letter yesterday and immidiately contacted cic. I was told to wait for the call from etobicoke office regarding landing interview. But can i just go to US boarder before they call me? Or do i have to wait for the phone call? My friend offered a ride to niagara falls so i can go there now.
And Can i go to the boarder anyday? I remember reading that they only take PR interviews on certain days. Hope you can advise me for these questions.

Are you a refugee?
Wait the call for the landing interview. Etobicoke office is for CIC office Refugee Processing.
I don't know how it works. Call to 1 888 242 2100 to know if you can land at the border.
Ontario has a different procedure date and time to land, Quebec is at any time any day.

Hi, i am CEC inland and i called the number you gave above already. They told me to wait for about 2 weeks. I guess cic etobicoke office deals with cec express entry immigration too.
I have decided to wait as you suggested.
