I finally called cic and they said they have received everything safely but haven't sent COPR yet... This is my timeline for ppr; Sent ppr on September 19 They received on September 20 My cic account got changed to Approved on September 22 Still waiting for COPR

Thank you for your reply! In my case, they received it on Sept 20. And when I checked the receiver's signature on line, it was a name with a happy Robot face... I am just worried it might have been delivered to a wrong place.. I know it sounds weird but what kind of a government officer signs...
