yeah.for me it was asked on AUG 2. so this is the funny thing. they did eligibility on sep 18 and said recommend pass. its just that they will do RCMPscreening after eligibility even though they asked for documents before even eligibility started. people think that rcmp request is done so criminality is over and next thing is ppr. Morevover in the gcms it says specifically the next step is due on OCT 14
. So only after eligibilty the official criminal and security starts even though they asked for the documents before eligibility. last week they asked me for Family info on IMM5604 which is part of security. so by the end of this month we may get ppr.

one month delay because ielts was not submitted and moreover they changed offices two time within cpc ottawa office because of overwhelming applications

oh okay, did you saw any changes in Additional Documents status?

Security and criminality are different processes. It doesn't have to happen altogether. Mine, for example, security is as "not started" and criminality "passed". It was done during the R10. On top of that, it seems to me that Security is always the last step.

I've heard that the "due date" is just a day input by the system and it seems to be true in my case. I have two "due date" in my GCMS and none of them matched with actions in my file. Both were set exactly as 30 days after some change happened. It's been more than 40 days after my second "due date" and my case is still stalling.

Let's hope for the best. We are all within the first deadline which is 6 months, so let's be positive. Hope we all have speedy PPR

it still says need more documents. but thats how i know they havent checked the IMM5604. As soon as the check the documents it changes to no more documents need. hope for the best i guess. lets wait.

Hi everyone! I have a query regarding PPR.
Although in the PPR letter it is mentioned that "You do not need to upload copies of your passport(s) and photos to your online Account" in red I can see the options for uploading passport and digital photo in the system when I checked my Submitted Application. And those fields are active. I have submitted our passports to the local VFS today. What do I do? Upload or leave it like that? BTW the fields are open only for me, not for the dependents. Please advise.

PPR!!

The golden mail has popped in my mailbox a few hours ago.

Thanks all you guys as this forum has been my #1 go-to place to get oriented any time I felt lost about the process. Best luck to those who are in line :)
