I need help with my eligibility.If anyone can help it would be really appreciated.

What date am I suppose to put on question 9A where it says your eligibility period is from ____ to ______.
So i came here on January 10 ,2012 and i claimed protected person on February 1 ,2012.
My notice of decision was given August 20 2013.And I got PR on September 30 2014.
So which dates do I put for Question 9A.

And for 9B what would i put for the date when my status was obtained /effective and the date my status expired?

You need to put the date that shows on the online calculator for time spent in Canada.
