Make sure you're using the latest Adobe reader. Delete or rename the old application and also clear the cache in Adobe by clicking clear recent files.

Do we need to fill out CIT0177E-2 form? As per question 9c during eligibility period if one has lived outside of canada, then he needs to fill it. When I open the form, the title is Residence outside of canada as a crown servant or with a crown servant family member. Are we called crown servant after getting PR lol ?

Everyone, clear your recent files in Adobe, it will fix it. At least it did for me.

1. Were you [in the past] or are you [right now] a citizen in any country (not including Canada) -- even if you were born in that country?
2. Did you [in the past] or do you [right now] have immigration status in any country (not including Canada) -- even if you were born in that country?

It is possible to be born in a country without ever being a citizen of the country one was born in. The application is making clear that they want to know ALL the countries you are, or were, a citizen of, or had immigration status in, even if you were born there.

yes, why not format disk C and re-install Windows? Better, purchase new PC altogether, just set it up in a new apartment - your old house is compromised. You also have to move to another country - try downloading from Buffalo

Alternatively - wait for the forms to be fixed, and do not listen to pranks that say Print works, because it does not.
