I deleted cache, I even used a new computer and it's not working. You are probably using a different address.

No, they are probably hitting different servers with the same URL. I've tried different computers and still doesn't work for me.

I have a problem with physical presence calculator. I landed in Canada (for the first time ) in 2013-10 as PR. The calculator shows my eligibility period as of 2012-10 to 2017-10. Then in the form it asks if I have been outside of canada during the eligibility period if I check yes then I should also provide them with residence outside canada while it does not apply to my case.
Also I should inform my address and status during eligibility period 1 year of which I was not in canada and i was not a resident of canada.
I am mixed up!!!

Everyone, clear your recent files in Adobe, it will fix it. At least it did for me.

It does NOT work; you must be able to print the new version and it hasn't been updated;
someone needs to write to a news outlet about this, I don't see any news, it's news worthy then they'll fix it right away

Doesn't work. You may have been lucky to hit a server that's already updated.

Thanks. Cell phone worked. Emailed it to myself, able to print now.
