Oct.5, 2017- passed the medical exam (as per my gckey);
Sept. 28, 2017- documents transferred to MVO last week of September

yes, you will need to have an email from the manila VO inviting you to attend. When you sign up for the seminar at IOM, they will ask you to provide either the invitation letter, passport request letter, or COPR as proof before you will be able to attend

the pre-arrival services are done over two days. The first will be an 8hr class where they will go over how to settle, find a job, in canada (only the PA can attend as I tried to sit in with my wife but as the sponsor I was not allowed).

The second day is just a 1-2hr one-on-one session where they will discuss your specific plan on how to settle in Canada
