Ah no that's a total pain and so unsettling. Not knowing anything for certain and all the doubt is a killer. Sorry to hear that. Are you going to have to embark upon a phonecall adventure?

Yes, my father had to do it on our behalf (he is our representative) as we both are living/travelling in Mexico right now! I am so thankful for him. Apparently we have nothing to worry about - they never confirm that they get the PC, but if they didnt get it within 60 days they would have definitely sent us a message. And the message on our online account is some kind of technical issue. What a relief! Such an emotional rollercoaster this whole process is!!

nope i am waiting till first week of november to apply for gcms bc at the moment it does not seem like anything is out of order... when NDVO starts selecting may applicants randomly is when i start to worry and will apply lol!!

Yes plans for lot of applicants are hanging on a thread due to timelines.

i just went through the huge forum from last year trying to put two-two together lol... going by last year may applicants with their visa office at NEW DELHI started to see background processing by December! i really hope we get started by November this year at NDVO bc this wait is ridiculous but just going by pattern from last year that seems to be the consensus..
