The problem with this table, it is like they forgot about it and just dropped it the last minute. so many detailed are requested, yet the table is so small; all will fit in one row? I remember a similar section in the PR application and was well defined.

Not quite. "Fill in" a form means to replace the blank spaces with information, while fill out is to complete it.Thanks for the advice. Didn't know that we are attending an English class @ 2 AM o'clock.
FYI - The actual English way of saying it is: "Fill in the form" ... Just a tiny detail that might help us all in the ESL , right?

Nope. Just grant of citizenship for adult. Fee is $630 as mentioned in the checklist. Certificate is $75 .. And is probably for people who are already citizens and lost theirs.GUYS, should we choose Citizenship certificate? for Fees?
