hi guys...need some one to pls help here.

(1)..i am looking at Part C, question 7. I am the sponsor and wife is PA

names of family members who attended wedding..

it says
family name
given names
are they related to sponsor or PA
relationship to sponsor or PA
date they met sponsor or PA

So if i start with my father...i would put his last name and given name....he is related to me(sponsor) and is my father..

but here is the dilemma....'date they met the sponsor or PA'....are they asking date they net my spouse who is PA
.

(2).Part C , question 10 asks info you wish to share to support your relationship...

what exactly am i to write here and how much info are they asking

Yes, that is exactly what they are asking.

Write your love story in your own words. If insufficient space, create an appendix page, sign and date it. When and how did you first meet, how did your relationship develop, what holidays have you taken together, when did you propose, any engagement party, when did you meet the parents, why and where did you get married, where did you honeymoon, etc. etc, etc. I wrote about 2 and a half pages personally.

I have only just submitted my application, so can't tell of success, but I did the opposite of Hurlabrick. I put a web link to the photo album of the wedding photographer, but noting else. I was going to leave it blank. Anything optional I ignored pretty much. My assumption is genuine relationships are pretty obvious. Won't know for a while though!

I have done (not yet submitted) similar to Hurlabrick suggests..

I have written a love story (yes cheesy!) about how we met, how our relationship developed etc. There is a space on that form that asks how did you meet..in that answer i have written a few sentences then "please refer to our story for more in detail".

I have also included in my application a few additional pieces of evidence that dont fit into any checklist section (wedding invites, a few vacation bookings etc) I am putting this at the end of my application. In part C question 10 i have asked them to refer to this additional evidence provided at the end of the application package.

Guys I got PPR as single (PNP outland) on January 18. I got married on January 29 and then I notified CIC about the marriage.

Now they asked for the documents and some forms in order to add my wife to my application. The thing is that they asked for the form IMM5532 which it prompted questions as if I was a already in Canada when I am not and as if I was a already a Permananent Resident when I am not. That form ask questions as if my wife and I were living in diferent countries.

So I am confuse, can somebody help me?
