CathyKellyChen, the IMM5532 form is named as Relationship Information and Sponsorship. It prompt questions like: When do you plan to return to Canada to resume residence? Where do you plan to return to Canada? The forms ask for Dates of visits like they assume we live in diferent countries...

What you mean with immigrant visa? If you are referring to COPR. You need to land first as resident and then get married.

You have to notify CIC as soon your status change. This means you need to notify right now about your marriage!
