Landing was easy. Immigration people are very friendly and they do not ask unnecessary questions. They try to help you if you need help.Hi Parth,
How is your landing experience?
What are the papers we have to show to immigration and border security?
What are the things needed for applying PR card?
Advance thanks for your reply.
They will ask your passport, COPR and landing address to apply for PR card. If you do not have address then also fine.
They do not ask like why you here and all as you are already PR and new immigrant.
Once you land, they will apply it for you and it will get delivered to your provided address in 60 days. If you do not provide address, then they will ask you to send FAX once you have a Canadian address for PR. But try to use someone who you can trust and apply from Airport only.
I hope this works. Other than that, now it will be colder here, I enjoyed good weather so I visited many places in Toronto. I partied a lot too.
Now, November, December, Jan and Feb will be winter which is hard in Toronto but worst in Saskatchewan and other colder places where it is normal to be at around -20 and lower...
I hope this helps. Best of luck. I would suggest you enjoy your time in India as you will miss that social life too.
Regards,
Parth
