As I spoke to many people here living since years, and also new ones, you can freely move to anywhere in Canada if you have PR. Just that you need to try settling down in SASK if you get a query so you can show you tried.Congrats for your landing,
For a SINP applicant, is providing them a non Sask. address (e.g. Montreal address) is a problem later for settlement plan in future with CIC ?

Otherwise nothing on paper you have that you need to live on SASK only.
Earlier, the process was, you apply for PNP, you receive PNP, then live in province for 2 years then you get eligible for PR and you receive PR. So that way.
But we now get PR directly based on PNP.
It is virtual that we intend to live not actually we are bound to live in PNP.
