Certificate will do.@HamiltonApplicant
I have a question about proof of language now I have a diploma from Ontario, I will submit it ( certificate) as a proof but I don't have an official transcript, will it be ok if I send the degree alone? Or I need the transcript as well ! Thx
Thanks a lot bro, so the certificate would work, cz if I need to order an official transcript it might take 2 weeks and should be sent to a third party (cic), long storyCertificate will do.

Says
Have you completed a secondary or post-secondary program, in French or in English, in Canada or abroad?
If you have, send a copy of proof that you completed a program with your citizenship application. Proof can be your:
- diploma
- transcript
- certificate
I think 8 months certificate in Bussiness management can be submitted as language proof assuming it is secondary or post-secondary program...HI, my wife has completed 3 years stay in Canada as permanent resident, and she has completed 8 months post-graduate certificate in Bussiness management from Centennial college in Canada. Does she need to appear for CELPIP or IELTS general language test / submit scores while applying for Canada citizenship ? or She can just submit her 8 months certificate in Bussiness management as language proof?
