Pre-PR credit

Hi,

My situation is a bit unique - I became a permanent resident in 2016 and I had studied in Montreal from 2008 until 2013. I was out of the country from 2013 until 2016 but I had applied to the PR and was waiting for a response. Does the pre-PR credit apply in my case?

When did you become PR ? in the begining or the end of 2016?

The only chance for any credit is you were in Canada after may 2013
