Hi, My situation is a bit unique - I became a permanent resident in 2016 and I had studied in Montreal from 2008 until 2013. I was out of the country from 2013 until 2016 but I had applied to the PR and was waiting for a response. Does the pre-PR credit apply in my case? Thanks a lot!
