1,2 and 3 becomes effective on 4th Oct itself!
Second most Bullish/Second most optimistic/Second Best Case Scenario:
1,2 and 3 becomes effective before thanks giving!
Third most Bullish/Third most optimistic/Third Best Scenario:
1,2 and 3 becomes effective before Halloween!
Fourth most Bullish/Fourth most optimistic/Fourth Best Scenario:
1,2 and 3 becomes effective before Christmas!
There is no bearish/pessimistic/worst case scenario because the looming question is "when", not "if"
- Physical presence in Canada requirements will be reduced to three out of five years.
- A portion of time spent in Canada before permanent resident status will count towards residency requirements.
- Age range for language and knowledge requirements will be reduced to 18-54 years old
