Applied through VFS Mumbai on Aug 17, 2017. Multiple entry long term visa available on passport for USA, Japan, UK etc. Extensive travel history. Received passport with multiple entry 10 year visa today after 40 days.

I applied on 9th August from vfs mumbai
25th September got refusal. Reason is travel history and economic condition.
Previously I had traveled to UK and I am self employed.i show 10thousand CAD balance and 70lakhs of property valuation. Applied for myself and my wife. Can I apply again?? Or should I wait for few month?? Isn't better to apply online?? Please help..
