Sinp requested me to send wife's birth certificate after 10 months in process.. I am sure I uploaded it..An affidavit from my Father In Law that she did not have a birth certificate.. How do I verify my Oasis account about this upload.. Pls help Urgent

Actually they don't consider Affidavit about Birth proof. You have to provide some documents like National Identity, Educational Certificate, other Government authorized documents. (In that document, both mother and father should be named.)

I have only Marriage certificate which contains both parents name.. Educational docs have only father's name

No. Marriage certificate is a different thing. They need both parents name. Better u ask them directly to immigration@gov.sk.ca

Send all docs which have date of birth like 10th class certificate, passport etc... along with self declaration.. that worked for me...

Hello Guys,

Please help out with my question..

I have birth certificate for my self and for my wife. In my wife birth certificate place birth is another district and on passport place of birth is showing other city. Do i need to correct it because DOB itself is correct. Do immigration officer look for this.

The difference arise because we took birth in somewhere then parents move to another city.

Try to get birth certificate as per passport mention city and send it to PNP OFFICE.

Ashu, does it really make difference ...i am unable to reissue the birth certificate.
But i can reissue passport with same place of birth as birth certificate.

It is very serious issue. Do it immediately.
It is very harmful for neXT stage PR application too.

I got this from SINP for don't certificate

Thank you for your inquiry.

If a copy of your birth certificate is unavailable you must provide a Non Availability Certificate from your country’s registry indicating that a copy of your birth certificate is unavailable and it should indicate a reason it is unavailable. When a birth certificate is unavailable, the SINP may accept two alternative pieces of identification that state the name of the applicant, date of birth and the name of the father and/or mother. Acceptable documents are:

- Education Documents with birth date and parent’s name;

- I.D. Cards (with date of birth and parent’s name);

- National Voting Card; and

- Family/Household Register.

Please note that we do not accept an affidavit or passport as birth document.

Kind regards,

Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)
