We've received a request to send our Schedule A and passport photos (even though we already sent these photos in our original package). Although we've already uploaded the Schedule A online through the webform, I want to send the photos via courier but can't find a company that sends to a PO Box. What would you recommend in this situation? Sending to the Robert Speck courier address or sending regular mail to the PO Box address they listed on the letter with the request for the additional documents? I'm afraid if I send this stuff from Chile via 'regular mail', it won't get there in time. Thank you for any advice you can give

Do you have any family or friends in Canada who you could parcel the photos to, then when received, they could send via Canada Post for you? (I'm not sure if the Robert Speck address would work, it's very possible that it would be fine, but I'm not sure so don't want to advise one way or another!)

Thanks for your message. I thought about that but I'm still not sure it would arrive in time because they gave us until October 14th. It seems like there should be an easier way around this

Can anyone please confirm which Schedule A form they submitted recently. When you check the guide its referring to Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] updated December 2016 but I just came across one which was updated July 2017. Does the form vary from country to country or the one I found was for different immigration class

I just filled out and submitted my Schedule A today, and I used the one that was linked to the request on my GCKey portal. The bottom says 06-2017.
