When do they start processing the papers?

I sent my applications via XpressPost of Canada Post and on September 19, I saw on the tracking that it was already delivered. How long will the CIC open the application before they beging processing?

It normally takes 6-8 weeks before you hear anything from CIC which would be AOR1.

Yeah, it took about 5 weeks for us back when we applied in the spring just be patient, it will process before you know it.

Hmmm not really its a very long waiting process it is not usually over before we know it, we get to know it pretty well .
