Congratulations. Your file must have been processed at Ottawa & Ppr might have been issued from Ndvo. Your's isnt a typical CIO-NDVO case like the rest of us here.

CIC said my file was being processed at ndvo, maybe they made a mistake.

I had an adr in July for a pcc, never went to na2 or ip2

Must be a mistake. As LVO's are known to be working on FIFO formula.

If by any chance, your file has been processed at Ndvo, than rest of us might hear positive news sooner than expected.

It changed on 30th August. Assuming it went to ndvo around the same time
