To some peeps here getting frustrated about their application, just wanted to share this thought: you cant compare an apple to orange. Each application is different in circumstances and scenarios. You may have filed it earlier than the other but CIC found out somethings about you during the background check which calls for them the need to investigate more or you didnt expect during the medicals that you are sick and needed to have more tests and exams. I also observed that each Immigration Officer has different approach in dealing with the applications which came in their queue. Yes they are guided with the same rules and guidelines but sometimes doing some things need for them to exercise discretion and when they do we dont expect them to make decision or judgment that is similar to ours.

Just to share also, I am supposed to be a March applicant, 2 mos had past and we heard nothing so we started to doubt about whether or not our application was received and then right after we received a letter refusing our application in lame grounds that it isnt complete when it is complete its just that the officer who got the app didnt bother to check everything. With this, Im just saying we all each have our own frustrations and disappointments but at the end of the day, the goal should always be to be with our loved ones. We are the applicants and remember we are technically requesting them to take us in their country so I think a little bit of patience doesnt hurt. :)

Hello guys! If the immigration asked for your landing fee, good sign na ba ito? February applicant here. Ngayon lang ulit kme nakareceived ng update from MVO after file transfer last April 13.

Sis who knows maybe sa 9th or 10month ppr...
Gnun po dun sa mga kakilala ko dto sa Canada... everyone is diff. I have a friend na 4months (special circumstance un) ung isa nmn 10months :):):):)

Sagadin ko nalng ang 12mos...hehehe..magkappr rin tayong lahat...mag eexpired na nbi ko sa oct 6

Mabait rin naman pala ang mvo once ako nag email pero twice sila nagresponse..maliban sa auto generated receipt..qouted naman nila na kung kelan nareceive nila yung apps..kung baga walang lalampas sa 12mos kung hindi rin naman complex ang case

Si tinjon expired yung nbi august pa pero nagkappr last week ata...ako rin magrerenew ulit ako ng nbi just in case

Nagprovide po ako ng app # at uci at name ko...subject ko "APPLICATION #####
