passport is in german, english, french - do I still need to translate?

Maybe a silly question, but I can't find the answer. If a passport is in german, english, and french (i.e. Vorname/Given names/Prenoms) do I still have to translate it? Everything is in all three languages EXCEPT for eye colour, which is written only in german.

no -my husbands is spanish and english and it did not need to be translated
