Hi,Hey fellow future Canadians...got a quick question and seek your help. My case is a bit complicated. I have a EE profile and getting my documents ready. I am originally from India and moved to Australia on a PR. I later surrendered my Indian citizenship and now I am an Australian national. As per CIC website we need a Police Clearance Certificate(PCC) from a country where you have stayed since 18 yrs old. In my case this would be India as I was still living there. But now I am an Australian citizen.
I have now been in Australia for 8 years. So as per CIC we need a PCC issued after you last lived in the country which in my case would be 2009. As per CIC requirement I got my Indian PCC done from the Indian Consulate Melbourne in June 2017as I am now a foreign national. My visits to India for a holiday on both my previous Indian Passport which is now cancelled as well as my current Australian passport in all these 8 years has not been more than 6 months. I had to visit India recently for only 3 weeks in August this year. Would I need to get a new PCC again from the Indian Consulate ? Getting a PCC from India for a foreign national is a nightmare.
Your help will be appreciated.
No need for stamp paper. Just notarisation by Notary will do.Notarized doc refers to a normal letter notarized by a notary public or it should be done in a stamp paper and registered in SRO???
Please clarify bro...
Thanks....oh i thought as the PCC was issued in June 2017 and my next visit to India was only 3 weeks I will not need one....oh noHi,
You will definitely need a new Indian PCC. I think most Indians get it from PSK.

Hi,Please guys need some help with POF...
If i get funds from my father as tfr in my a/c then i get a fd in my name (backed by gift deed) . Now is there any requirement of avg balance in my bank a/c? OR Will fd be considered as part of bank balance and will be sufficient as POF combined with bank balance? Thanks..
PCC has to account for after the last day in any place (except of course place of residence)Thanks....oh i thought as the PCC was issued in June 2017 and my next visit to India was only 3 weeks I will not need one....oh no

I'm not sure about PNP vs EE but your application has to be consistent everywhere. Not sure why NOC for the same job would be different relatively to the applicationHello Post owner & Guys,
I have recently joined this forum and its best. I have one question.
I am planning to apply for SINP under OID , NOC 1112 Financial and investment analysts.
Do i need to select the same code when I will create my EE profile?
or in other way, can NOC be different in EE profile and in PNP application which we
separately apply to states??
