Need urgent help!!

GCMS notes read as

Agent review A11.2 "having analysed the application based on the document submitted and ................ information contained in the application A11.2 decision: Met 75(2) FSW MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Appears Met 76(1)(a) SELECTION CRITERIA - FSW POINTS - Appears Met FSW points total- 71 CRS points at ITA:421 CRS minimum score for round:415 Current CRS Score: 389* NOTE: CRS score dropped because of change of education of PA. PA claimed TWO OR MORE POST - SECONDARY PROGRAM CREDENTIAL WITH AT LEAST ONE OF THEM BEING OF THREE YEARS OR LONGER while education was BACHELORS DEGREE (4 years)

Actually i have done BSc and Msc from India . WES has evaluated my BSc as bachelors degree 3 years equalant to Canadian and MSc bachelors 4 years that is in conjunction with Bsc. So while applied for EE I chose 2 post secondary programs.
Senior please advice , what should I do now?? Will my application be rejected because of this??

Hi. You should have selected only one degree (Bachelor) instead of two degree as your both degrees were together evaluated as One bachelor degree of 4 years. Your actual score is 389 and that is why they have rejected your application.

The ECA evaluation was a single Bachelors degree, then how could have the OP selected a Masters degree?
he says that he has BSc + Ms both evaluated

But they have evaluated my Bsc as Canadian bachelors degree 3 years. So MSc is additional. And in CRS one can opt for 2 post secondary programs if one is 3 years degree. I really don't know wat to do

I think we need further clarification.

WES may have evaluated both your degrees, but what was WES's summary of the the ultimate outcome?
- Did WES specifically say you had 1 3-year Bachelor's and 1 4-year Bachelor's resulting in 2 Bachelor's Degrees?
- Or Did WES say your Bachelor's is equivalent to a 3-year Degree, and your Master's is equivalent to a 4-years IN CONJUNCTION WITH YOUR BSc?

If it's the former, then you should have been able to claim for 2 degrees, like you did, and should raise this with CIC.

HOWEVER, if it's the latter, that sounds like WES was saying both your degrees, together, only amount to 1 4-year Degree, which would be the reason behind CIC's assessment. Just because you have 2 Degrees doesn't mean WES's evaluation will allow you to claim for 2 degrees. Based on how you've worded WES's assessment, it sounds as though they decided that your two degrees only equate to 1 Bachelor's. :(

If this is the case, then unfortunately, CIC's assessment will be correct, and you should probably expect your application to be refused and will need to create a new profile where you only claim points for a Bachelor's, and hope that the draw thresholds will drop enough for you to get a new ITA...

thankyou crescent for the reply. I think you are correct cic considered education as only 1 degree coz WES summary is Bachelors degree 4 years . I am afraid whether cic will consider It as misrepresentation??

I don't think you can do anything here. Your consultants must have corrected this before applying. I doubt this will be considered as misrepresentation. However, your application might be rejected due to the decrease in the CRS score below the cut-off score for the round of invitation.

If the CRS score drops but they are still above the cut-off CRS for the round of the invitation, your scores will be considered. If it drops below the cut-off, your application will be rejected.

You can try seeking a review from WES and see if they change it. If not you can try IQAS.

If the CRS drops below the ITS cut off, the application is rejected.
