Hello Friends,
I passed my BE-IT from Mumbai University in the year 2006, I had a drop from year 2003 to 2004. Now the consultant who is processing my PR is insisting to get my ATKT marksheets included in the package. I have all the passing marksheets from Sem-1 to sem-8 but not the ATKT ones. College is asking me to get the seat numbers for those ATKT marksheets. Honestly, after 10-15 years of gap I dont have any ATKT marksheets. Can anyone tell me if my application will get affected if the ATKT marksheets are missing?

Guess the best route ahead for you is to get hold of a prominent Immigration Lawyer. Yours is a complicated case and hence don't know whether the forum advises would suffice or not. And I have absolutely no idea as to what is "ATKT" marksheets to begin with.
WES mandates that all the college related documents such as Degree Certificate, Marksheets be mailed to them in a sealed envelope by the University itself. That's what am aware of. Good luck.

But as far as I know ATKT does not delay your passing dates right? Can you elaborate on your star time and the year you were awarded degree?
Anyways Wes won't be concerned with this. They will look at your passing certificates and give you an ECA .
I had to lose a year from 2003 to 2004. I started my Engg in 2001 and completed in 2006.
Ok.. as far as Wes goes they don't care.. they'll verify your degree and give you an ECA.. cic might take note of it though.. you could always provide an loe explaining the gap but you said you have passing marksheets for all 8 Sems so should not be an issue

I too had 2nd year entry in Diploma followed by 2nd year entry in Degree, just like you. Could you let me know if you got your WES completed for both Diploma and Degree? Did WES considered your case as two different degrees/certificates or only one degree ?

The First and Second Semester were combined and had only one Semester called Second Semester. I dont have a consolidated marksheet. Individual marksheets are as follows - First Year, 3rd to 8th semester.
I had got my marksheets and degree certificates attested and sent to WES and now I have received an email stating that my First Semester details are missing.
I am not sure what to do now. Has anyone faced similar issue, and how did they get it resolved. Any help would be great.

I'm a Canadian PR aspirant. I submitted my duly attested and sealed transcripts to WES. I've completed my 4 year full time engineering from PTU and then a full time 2 years MBA from Symbiosis.
My documents were received 20 days ago and I received a reponres from WES today as below:
World Education Services (WES) has reviewed your application. We are writing to inform you that WES does not evaluate credentials from Punjab Technical University. Since completing this level of study was necessary to enter the master's program at Symbiosis, we also cannot evaluate your master of business administration.
Now, all my friends have completed their engineering from PTU and are sitting in Canada post their eca evaluation by WES.
Please help me understand what went wrong here and suggest on the next steps.

I need help, one of my friends applied for WES. While creating account he enters the wrong date of birth, he submitted 2 degrees, first one got approved and we got WES credentials but the date of birth was wrong as we mentioned on the profile and for the second credentials they send the request to university for additional documents. After that, he submitted the request to update DOB on his profile. In between, WES also got additional documents for the university. After few days got an email from WES that reporting institute named above advised that the documents submitted for evaluation are not authentic. WES canceled both the degree and closed the account.
He has all his degrees, where the mistake happens we don't know, whom should we contact and how we can fix this. Please guide. Can we change to other organization to validate the degrees?
