i want to apply through express entry , in 2010 i was treated with DOTS treatment ( chest TB) . the treatment was over after 6 months regarding the same from government hospital . now there is no tb related problem to me, but in chest X RAY, there is spot or scar on my lung. how can i clear medical exam? do i voluntarily tell to doctor regarding the same ? can i submit the record of treatment done earlier to ensure that i had completed the TB treatment?

You will need to inform the doctor when you have your medical. You will be sent for further testing to ensure there is no active TB.
