Dear All,

My CRS is 429 with a CLB level of 10 and 9 (speaking). I am an HR Manager and this occupation is not in-demand list of any of the province.

Are there any provinces which do not require you to have a job offer or to be a professional from in-demand occupation list?

Please tell me the process also for applying for provincial nomination. In my EE profile, i had selected ' all the sates' for provincial nomination.

Kindly help me out...

Thanks

Vandana
First promise, if a current employee comes to you and asks for an experience letter with Job description, you won't say No.

Hello,

As you have CRS 429, you are likely to get ITA in the upcoming draws. You may knew that the last draw cutoff is CRS 435 points. You can expect your score in a draw soon.

When you have score to get direct ITA, why do you want to pursue PNP??? You are committed to live certain period in the province who nominates you. Whereas direct ITA are free to choose and live.

Since you have selected all provinces option, you may get NOI from a province. Normally ON calls who have >400.

At this moment, you just need some patience and hope for the lower cutoff in the upcoming draw.

You will get ITA soon for sure.

Bonne Chance!!!
Hi..thanks a lot for the reply. I really appreciate...Given the decreasing number of ITAs and rising CRS, i am kind of getting worried.

And above all i just do not trust my stars. I just thought that i should explore PNP option also.

But after reading your reply, i think it would be better to stay calm and wait....

thanks a lot.

:)Sure...I must tell you i am not a typical HR professional..

For me people are always above policies ....
Glad to witness someone like you.
BTW, would you mind in conducting session to our HR's about their true role? I always observe they are heavily biased and inclined more towards management not the concern of employee :D

Yeah, this delay in the reopening of OINP, as well as my devastating job rejections, have really been getting me down. I do think objectively that the chances are for the reopening of OINP before the end of the year, but this month's delay in updating the number of nominations left is also making me more nervous these days

I really really want to move to Toronto, but I am so antsy with this wait and have to keep my mind occupied with something interesting and soothing. On the positive side, both Australia and New Zealand have age brackets, so you don't have to worry about losing points on each birthday. New Zealand is the nicest with age, giving full points if you are between ages 20-39 and then the next bracket is 40-44. So there isn't the time pressure of making it before our next birthdays, so we can keep these options in the back of our minds for now.
Yes, I understand how you feel. I think OINP will reopen soon and you will get your chance, you deserve it! I was going trough links which you posted and I'm ok with the point system. It seems that there is not so many people in the pool. And there is a EOI fee which is fair, take notes CIC! If there were fees for Canada, pool would have 50% less candidates right away.

Post from Bill:-

I have been in talks with few experts regarding OINP and they said that no new NOI is expected for HCP stream for this year.

There are two main reason firstly OINP wants to use these for other streams that have recently added by CIC.

Then, there are already sufficient NOI within 6 months period that can be nominated if OINP re-opens.

However, a close person told me that OINP has changed an approach to nominate that includes quarter plans instead of annual. That means OINP is trying to open-close-reopen for each quarter. This gives hope that they may still accept new applications (those with exisiting NOI) in the last quarter of this year. Looking at the recent trends it seems true as OINP have given priorities to different Streams in each quarter.

Good luck to all waiting.

Can somebody please reply to my query?
Hi, I have the same issue as yours. Mine got completed on 01 Aug but I still haven't received the hard copy thru ordinary post.
I sent them email last week and they replied, asking me to reconfirm my address. I replied and not heard any more from them.
I called them countless times but no one picks up.

I ask my Aunt living in Alberta to call their office. As per them, It will really take 6 weeks or more. My aunt suggests me to wait till this weekend since it was vacation.will just ask copy by courier if i didn't receive it.
