I received noi from Ontario on 6th July 2017 as my Crs scores are 409. Technically I have 6 months to accept it but suddenly on 25th July Ontario paused the registrations. I was wondering to know when they will again start taking applications. I am going to loose 5 Crs points in March 2018. What will happen?

We don't know when they we will reopen. I'm hopeful it will be in September,

Not sure on your second question? As you said you will lose 5 points next year march, not much you can do about that
