The CRS Score doesn't tell you your eligibility - it only informs your likelihood of getting an ITA (Invitation to Apply) once you're already in the pool (for the record, it is unlikely you'll get an ITA with a score of 380

. The current trends indicate that one needs a score of 440 or higher to be in the running for an ITA).
But before you even get to that point, you need to check your ELIGIBILITY under one of the 3 programmes that fall under Express Entry - Federal Skiled Workers (FSW), Canadian Experience Class (CEC), and Federal Skilled Trades (FST).
