Hi All,
First off, as everywhere, is the intro.
My name is Razor, and yes am not from India nor Asia. Everyone believes my name has something to do with the continent but in all honesty it doesn't.
I was a silent admirer and info seeker of the forum way-back from the 2014s. All the members over here are extremely helpful and good at heart (minus the hell bent naysayers who dont have anything better to do). I have quite a lot of IRL (in real life) friends here who are active members.
First off, to all the newbies to immigration/EE process, I always suggest to max-out the language requirements (or IELTS as everyone would be more aware of). I say this with a 1-ton weight since its the only arena in which we can score the most. Always put your heart and soul into the prep-work and before you know it, you would be in the CLB-10 league. If possible (not mandatory) please have your spouse to take the language test as well. Even +1 point can do wonders to your application.
Now comes the WES part. Get all your college credentials certified by WES. No second thoughts on this. If you have a spouse do the same to him/her as well.
Last but not the least, is the document preparation which needs to be done after receiving the ITA. Always be honest and faithful to what you do. Honesty brings in the sweetest fruit there is, no doubt about that. The moment you lie or fraudulate your documents, is when all hell breaks loose. CIC is always keen to process applications ASAP, but the moment a red-flag is detected then the entire process slows down for everyone and yes even for the honest ones. Please keep due diligence in following this.
Take ONLY color-scans of all your documents. When I say all documents, I do mean the f***ing lot. Why is it so hard for people to color-scan all their documents??? Please do it without being lazy and sipping your cola/beer or whatever and wasting precious sunlight.
Help others who are in need and come down from all your high horses. God/High Power that be (pls dont start with the agnostic crap) only needs a fraction of a second to teach us a lesson so be respectful and humane in life. Everyone does not have the same speed and hence variations arise in performing the required duties to fulfill the Canadian dream. Instead of talking-down/ridiculing others, just lend out your helping hand and provide the help that is needed for your fellow brother/sister. The world is small, and you would be surprised as to how karma boomerangs back to you.
Wishing you all the very best in your en-devours. I will be around for many years to come, will help out to the max of my abilities.
Thank you all for all the help rendered and for your kind patience.
