What are the chances of getting post graduation work permit i did 2 full time 2 part time summer semester due to suspension (will be finishing my 4th semester as a full time student) and because of suspension i had to do 1 semester part time. Just wanna know what are the chances of getting PGWP ? Any other way of getting work permit if it gets rejected?

It's hard to say - it will really be up to the visa officer who processes your application.
If the PGWP is refused, you will need a full time job offer from an employer and an approved LMIA from the employer to be able to apply for a closed work permit.

What if i inform every detail because of which i couldn't finish my studies as a full time student when i apply for PGWP.
One more thing so i should work on LMIA before applying for PGWP ad their is a risk of getting refused. If i get refused i dont think i'll be allowed to stay in the Great White North.

So i did rest of the 3 semesters full time and i did 2 part time because if you do 1 part time obviously you gotta do one more semester part time to be on perfect semester schedule. Btw i am still student and finishing up my final semester as a full time student.

If you have two part time terms then you should be expecting the PGWP to be refused. To avoid being part time, you can take additional courses you don't need to make sure you stay as a full time student.

I did part time because of my personal problems related to myself and i trust the process to treat me with equity if they don't then their is no possible way for me to do anything about it.

hey did you end up getting your pgwp?But if you do 1 semester part time which has 6 courses and you have to take 3 courses for being part time.
Hey scylla. I applied for restoration of status and pgwp as mine was denied coz I was one semester part time . I had to try and re-apply. I did so in November on paper and still no update . Sorry - I don't know. It could go either way. Technically you are only supposed to be part time in the very last semester of your studies. Did you end-up getting your PGWP after second try? I'm in a similar situation. I had to do two part-time terms. My first PGWP application got refused, I applied again a few days ago (still in the 90 day time window).Yes I guess it’s all discretionary. My friend was part time first sememster in uni but no problems. Anyways thank you for you input I will let all of you know how it’s goes . I guess it’s taking so much time becoz my lawyer went through the paper application .
