We just received an email that our passports have been shipped today.

PPR - Aug 02
PP received by CIC - Aug 10
PP received by Agent - Aug 16
Visa printed and Approved - Sep 1
PP couriered - Sep 6

Are you Inland or Outland? Did you send an email to them to inquire about your passport?

Not at all. I am not sure what is wrong with our passports that they will not even mail it out in a timely fashion. I am starting to get very anxious. Is there a good way to get info or get them moving on this last step? If others have an opinion, please assist.

Yes Inland. We talked to the agent and he sent an email to Printing team for updates. We f=got this response as a result.

Keep calling. Someday a good agent may help you like the one helped us.

For those who have not received their passport for long time:

I just called the agent.

The agent told me that they cancelled my first COPR as the system had some glitch and they fixed it.

They will have to reissue the document, and they told me that my passport went into the queue of printing again!

I guess for any one who have not received your passport more than 30 days, we maybe suffer from the same problem.

When did you submit your passport? Did you ever get the approval status on your CIC account before?

I got the approval before,and it went back to in progress.

No exact answer, I guess they put my passport to next batch, so, max another 30 days...

This is unbelievable! I hope I could never deal with CIC AGAIN!

I have a similar timeline but I haven't heard anything from CIC yet. Did you call them?
