I did my upfront medical at Heritage Village Medicentre (111 St & 23 ave NW, Edmonton).
Just book an appointment with them and let them know you want to go for upfront medical.

hi just have a question for you as I read that you have a spouse in your application, so how do you guys received your MR both of you the same time?...coz I received mine today and wondering why I did not receive my husband...it's driving me crazy please help!....thanks!,..

Check your cic account it will show separate MR requests .
