Does it take more time without PNP or with PNP?

Based on the average, it seems to take more time with PNP. But keep in mind, this is an average and you can find exceptions in either stream.

Watched one in a Facebook thread. Lots of nominations friday and today, maybe we having a draw tomorrow?

If your friend comes personally to any police station he will get the hard copy which is different from the one you get online I believe.

Thanks a lot for the information. I am thinking of requesting my friend to go to Dubai Police general HQ. But in what way this hard copy will be different from the one we receive online. Please advise.

Yes, they will send a hard copy to your address. I received mine the next week after nomination (ita 24/08 received the mail week of the 28th).

I read another nominated fellow here that waited a while... Maybe wait another 1-2 weeks and then call up OINP?

I am in DIP since about 10 days. My wait is nothing compared to other seniors here. I am trying to stay cool and hoping for nomination soon.
