Nooo! I'm so sorry to hear this!I just got an email, because I put in an enquiry asking about my application. They said it was returned with a letter of explanation. I have no idea why, because I followed everything to a T. Organized it all so well... but I'm wondering, do I need to pay the fee all over again? I just don't understand what could possibly be missing...
I can't link my account. HelpI just linked the account and submitted Schedule A and letter explaining I can't upload a police certificate because of my country of residence (they send it directly to the embassy, I don't handle that). So my timeline is this:
July 26 - Application received
Sept 1 - AOR1
Sept 1 - Schedule A requested and submitted. Background check requested, explanation provided.
Good luck everyone!
I'm sorry, I didn't follow any instructions. I got it on the first try, just entering all the information as it asked it. Everything worked perfectly and fine. Passport info, date of birth, all of that I just entered it, no need of space bars or any tricks whatsoever. It would be better for you to search on the forum or, even better, call them and ask them for help to link the application. Good luck!I can't link my account. Help
