really?..how does it happened?..are they in EE?..well maybe..but they should make us priority since we already spend years here just to get PR..and waiting can be so devastating..I don't understand how cic works .. one of my friends got his PR in 3 and half months ,, and we pnp applicant some more than 16 months still no news ..
well that is not fair..I beem here for more than 4 yrs just for the PR and still waiting..wanting to go home so my son can see his dad but can't coz don't want to take risk of leaving canada without conformation..Yes he was in EE but processes time is 6 months, he been here only one year ,, isn't it double standards?
Check your GCKey account for any message......If there is no message do raise a CSE against it immediately as you are already late.May I please ask what was the correspondence about on Dec 12 ?
as long as your legal documents are still valid, like your work permit or whatever, and make sure you still have some time left on your permit, you should have no issue going anywhere you want. However, those ones that aren't able to travel back home my guess would be they probably can't get enough time as vacation from their employers. or they are worried that the cic would mail them any letters or communications while they are home so those are the concerns i guess. But feel free to travel as long as you legal documents are valid and still get some time before expiry.Hello Guys,
August 5th 2016 applicant here.Just wondering why inland PNP applicants do not travel to their home country while waiting for their PR.I have seen many people posting that they have not seen their family so does it effect your file if you go for holidays and come back after a month or 2? Do you still get PPR while away from Canada?i m going on holidays in November for 2 months so curious.
Explains it all.I assumed same. Thanks for quick reply!!as long as your legal documents are still valid, like your work permit or whatever, and make sure you still have some time left on your permit, you should have no issue going anywhere you want.
