may tanong lang po ako,
ganito po kasi nngyari sa application namin, last may 24 ng medical ako at nun june 2 my update na pasado n medical, pero gang ngayon wala parin un email para mg submit ako ng schedule A back ground declaration ko. at ng mg follow up kami sa CIC sabi ng padala n raw sila ng email, meron po bang nakranas sa inyo ng ganitong sitwasyon?

Is this NBI? Nasa MVO na ba file mo? Pwede mo din naman email < MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca > or send mo thru VAC.

Hello po. Our scheduled interview was moved on the 2nd week of September and they only communicated it through Phone Call using Mobile no. Okay lng ba un? Kasi it is stated in mycic account that "If we reschedule or cancel an interview, there will be a message in your account" Eh wala namn po silang message, just a call. Reliable po kaya un? or do i need to email them for verification? Any idea po? TIA

If the phone call came from 02.857.9000, then you're good. That's the embassy's phone number. If still in doubt, email MVO and tell them about the phone call received (mention the mobile number. I hope you also got the name of the person who called) and ask confirmation about the re-sched interview.
