Need Urgent Help on WES response for Transcript.

Hi Friends i recently got replied from WES my degree was accpected - but My transcript was not accpected,

Reasons for not accepeting Transcript by WES : The documents recived was not issued by the institution responsible for conducting the examination.

Instruction by Wes for resubmitting : Please resubmit the academic documents according to the document requierments stated under University Education for India.

Please help as i dont understand i have taken the transcript from College and also the same was verified by my University.

your university should be sending it directly to WES, you cannot send it in behalf of the university.

Yes. Anyone can send. But It must be behalf of the university. If you just send courier that you received from your university, It is acceptable. But If you include any document or make changes inside. WES may not accept. If they feel that the envelope has opened by the applicant, they will reject the document.

So should i request my University to send new transcript directly to WES ? because i requested my University to issue new Transcript but they refuse, they inform me that Transcript is issued by College and University only Verify it.

Please help me i am confusse.

University cannot refuse to give another transcript. Because the students who are applying overseas education may request more than one transcript copies. Even I received two transcripts.

You just approach the COE or Alumini or transcript dept of your university. Apply for a new transcript as you are applying for the first time. While receiving your envelope, ensure you have a transcript of consolidated marksheet and degree certificate. And the envelope has seal and signature on the closing flap when it is closed. You write the WES details and WES reference number. You personally courier it(DHL preferable).

Thank you for prompt reply.....but i am not telling that University is refussing they are telling that transcript will be issue by college where i have completed my study, University will verify it....they are ready to Verify many much copy

Transcripts are issued by the universities, not by the colleges. Normally Transcripts are issued by the dept which awarded your degree. BTW... What is your college name and university name? You may find the procedure to get transcript from that university here or in some other website.

Sir First i went to My college (Shah N H Commerce College) requested them to give me Transcript for my Bcom degree. So they toke 4 days to preapre it , then i went to University(Veer Narmad South Gujarat Uni) for Transcript Verification, they charged me Rs.400 (2 copy) for Verifiying my transcript.
After 5 days the transcript was verfied they show me and requested me to check properly.also there was stamped by university , i crossed check it, then i requested them to give me the transcript in sealed envelop along with stamp on back side of envolep of unviersity.They have done the same,
After that i have also done the dgree Verication at University...i got 2 diffrent cover 1 of Transcript verfication & 2nd cover of Dgree Verfication.

I put address of WES on bith cover along with reference number and then i put both cover in 1 sjngle cover and dispatch the same to Canada WES.

Now after 18 days i got response from WES that my dgree is Accepted but my Statement of Marks (Transcript) is Not accepted.

seems problem is with the transcripts prepared by your college... try this way

1. Get a xerox copy all your mark memos, Provisional Certificate/OD and CMM

2. Go to your college and get those attested by College PRINCIPAL.

3. Go to your respective University

4. Get them attested by University Registrar (he will attest only if it is already attested by your College Principal)

4. Also, Get seal and attestation from Registrar on the flip of the envelope cover (i.e, where you stick the cover).

5. Put all the documents in the cover, stick it properly.

Transcripts are ready
