Thank you for prompt reply.....but i am not telling that University is refussing they are telling that transcript will be issue by college where i have completed my study, University will verify it....they are ready to Verify many much copy

So should i request my University to send new transcript directly to WES ? because i requested my University to issue new Transcript but they refuse, they inform me that Transcript is issued by College and University only Verify it. Please help me i am confusse.
